**About the role**
Role and responsibilities
- Assist with daily administration tasks of the Salesforce platform
- Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles
- Assist with data management, including data imports and exports
- Work with teams to understand their needs and configure Salesforce to meet those needs
- Migrate obsolete workflow and process builder processes to Flows
- Create, modify and edit reports and dashboards to meet team reporting requirements
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and make recommendations for platform enhancements

Professional skills and experience
- 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including experience with custom objects, fields, formulas, flows, and validation rules
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
