**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Desktop Support & IT Operations

â— Provide first-line support to users for hardware, software, and networking issues.

â— Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

â— Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues promptly.

â— Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

â— Monitor ticket box and assign tickets correctly and accurately and in a timely manner.

AI & Emerging Technology Support

â— Learn about and support the use of AI tools and automation technologies in daily workflows.

Networking & Connectivity

â— Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).

â— Ensure proper network configuration and support VPN and remote access users.

â— Work with the IT team to diagnose and resolve network-related problems.

Cloud & Security Management

â— Support and manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft Azure.

â— Assist with cybersecurity measures, including antivirus updates and endpoint protection.

â— Enforce IT security best practices and company policies.

User Support & Training

â— Provide user training and support on IT systems and tools.

â— Maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting steps.

â— Assist in onboarding new employees with IT setup and training.

**COMPUTER SKILLS**
- Experience in **desktop support** and IT troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)**.
- Basic **networking knowledge** (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
- Experience with **Windows operating systems** (Windows 10/11) and MacOSX.
- Familiarity with **cloud-based IT environments** and remote desktop tools.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

â— Relevant IT diploma or degree (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science).

â— Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or CCNA (advantageous).

â— 1-3 years of experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
