**OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, FMCG INDUSTRY - WEST RAND - R22000 to R28000 neg**

The Right Company are currently recruiting for an **Operations Coordinator** for an FMCG company based on the West Rand of Johannesburg.
Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Simultaneously coordinate various project tasks within the operations department to achieve strategic objectives.
- Responsible to assist with the project management workflow for the various projects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Observe, review, and analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements should be made.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to identify inefficiencies.
- Coordinate, prepare and drive the implementation of various policies, procedures, and processes to mitigate inefficiencies.
- Compile and analyse operational data and create reports for management’s review.
- Ensure that effective relationships are maintained with sales departments so that customer requirements can be understood and relayed to other departments.
- Escalating issues identified appropriately within Company to the appropriate individuals, to drive problem-solving as required.
- Collaborate with management to set departmental and organisation wide goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Key Competencies
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Strong project management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Business acumen and good understanding of business processes and functions
- Analytical thinker.
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation, coupled with strong people skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Self-starter.
- Excellent report writing skills to be able to present and give feedback to the relevant stakeholders within Company
