**Administration**
- Loading of invoices and onboarding all suppliers
- Create Lead sheets per Residence and manage the lead sheets (CY and FY report)
- Capture meeting notes and distribute to appropriate stakeholders
- Daily administrative tasks to ensure the Sales and Marketing department runs smoothly
- All casual and temp staff administration
- Attend sales briefings and conferences
- Promotions administration
- Bursar administration
- Maintaining student database

**Onboarding**
- FICA
- Student documentation
- POPI department compliance officer

**Intake**
- Online Review - Competitors Analysis
- Ensure the availability of stock for branding material during intake
- Administration of Call Centre and Intake agents
- Process Ambassadors wages and manage overtime accordingly
- Marketing material and training packs
- Residence readiness administration
- Marketing Collateral - Monthly Recons/Audit, ordering and set up
- Booking of activations
- Uploading of all lead sheets
- POPI compliance administration

**Call Center**
- Out of Season call centre agent
- Contacting the leads and conducting a sales pitch on why they should stay at Respublica
- Maintain accurate contact data for existing customers and prospects students
- Nurturing the lead to the point of checking in
- Assist by Training call centre agents and monitoring all intake related queries.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

A minimum of:

- Preferably studying towards Administration or Sales and Marketing related qualification.
- 1 year experience in Administration or Sales and Marketing
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages
