Cmt Production Supervisor

**Job Purpose**:
- Ensures goods manufactured are produced in a cost-effective way that meets quality specifications.
- Makes sure that goods are ready to distribute to customers in a timely fashion.
- Improve company's production and distribution processes.
- Ensures the production and distribution of products runs smoothly.
- Must have at least 5 years or more work experience as a manager in a têxtile CMT factory Production Manager
**Job Duties**:
- Liaises with sales and planning dept. to determine customer requirements
- Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
- Liaises with senior management, planners, sales team, the human resources department, and employees to ensure all workers, materials, and equipment will be available when required
- Monitor production progress to ensure it's following the schedule
- Troubleshoot problems that occur during production,
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Manages production paperwork, and maintains records
- Manages production and raw material resources
- Manage collection and data about the production and team's performance
- Oversee and review reports about production processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- But not limited to B-tech or Diploma in Business Management/ Fashion Design would be advantageous
- Industry-related experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
