**Administration**
- Travel, accommodation and vehicle hire arrangement
- Managing purchase order book
- Distribution of off publication
- Neatness of office printer area
- coordinating with shredding company
- Printer reading and ordering of toner cartridges and paper
- Ordering of office supplies and liaising with vendors
- Control of stationary cupboard
- Assist with archiving processes
- Liaising with maintenance department
- Record Keeping of moveable's assets
- Privileged information
- Administration of birthday list, birthday cards and other notices
- Liaise with HR for current list
- Arrange flower / gift baskets
- Assist with functions and events
- Parking arrangements
- Copy typing
- Sourcing Tender documents
- General Secretarial services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R10,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
