The Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team in Cape Town. As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making processes to optimize business outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in the customer experience industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Financial Planning and Analysis**: Lead the development and execution of financial planning and analysis processes. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business performance & achieve financial targets.
- ** Partnering**: Partner closely with the UK MD and other country MDs and functional leaders to formulate business plans to deliver on overall company objectives.
- ** Strategic Insights**: Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, KPIs, and operational performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Recommend actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- ** Financial Reporting**: Prepare & present accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, to communicate financial performance and inform strategic decision-making.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to align financial objectives with business strategies, drive operational efficiency, and support revenue growth initiatives.
- ** Process Improvement**: Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning and analysis processes, optimize resource allocation, and streamline financial reporting and forecasting activities.
- ** Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance standards, and proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g. SAICA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
- The desire to continuously learn new skills and drive efficiency within the commercial finance team through continuous improvement, process optimisation and automation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in financial management, strategic planning, and business analysis, preferably in the technology, consulting, or customer experience industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, develop insightful analyses, and make data-driven recommendations to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Workday Adaptive Planning, SQL, Python).
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement.
- A can-do attitude that isnt afraid to get their hands dirty to get things done.
