**The Role**

We have a fantastic new opportunity within our Customer Service Team for an Customer Service Team Agent. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, someone who is passionate about ecommerce and can provide world class experience to our customers.

**Role E-Commerce Customer Service Advisor**

You will have proven experience within a customer service industry and must be comfortable in dealing with a wide range of customer enquirers, and fluently speaking English. You'll be handling phone calls and responding to queries using CRM (Zendesk). Knowledge of Online sales would be an added bonus, but full training will be given.

**Key Tasks**:

- Being the main point of contact for telephone enquiries

**Key Skills required**:

- Experience of varying CRM systems Ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Able to work in a small team, taking many tasks at once
- The person must be a strong team player, confident with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Be flexible and able to juggle many tasks at once.
- Good Attention to details
