We are looking to hire and develop professionals with a solid 5 years’ progressive experience in their respective field, must have led a team or a project, possessing a relevant 3-year Degree (postgraduate preferable)._**
- **_Driver’s License and own reliable transport are mandatory_**

The Future Leaders Programme is a streamlined 18-month rotational programme that will focus on building leadership capabilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Preferably: Knowledge of standard GCP (Certificate) and experience in clinical trials
- Profound knowledge of issues related to nutrition, health and food industry
- At least 5 years of experience of working in the food industry, or similar commercially focused environment, experience in leading or taking part in cross-functional/business global projects- Ability to work and manage connects in remote locations fostering a positive, inclusive work environment where people feel respected and valued for their contributions, especially capable of working cross culturally
- Analytical skills to interpret complex data and distil into meaningful information e.g. scientific research, experimental design, statistical inference and interpreting consumer insights and an ability to disseminate to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Networking / relationship building skills both with other R&D colleagues globally and other functions: Ability to create and use networks to actively seek and take advantage of ideas, best practice and solutions developed elsewhere and proactively share information- Ability to explain complex scientific issues/solutions to a non-technical audience

**Qualifications**
- Masters Degree nutrition science, medical or related science
