Marketing Project Lead

Jonsson Workwear boasts its own in-house Marketing team responsible for creating and delivering inspiring, meaningful and informative content around our brand.
As a key part of the team, the Marketing Project Lead is fully accountable for the development, management, oversight and execution of all marketing projects.
**The main responsibilities of the role include**:
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing to create and streamline an effective marketing strategy.
- Creating project plans that will outline the team’s responsibilities and deadlines.
- Ensuring marketing campaigns are driven out effectively and all objectives are met.
- Working closely with other teams to ensure the consistency and timing of projects are aligned.
- Responsible for the entire project life cycle and maintaining a constant view of work in progress across all projects.
- Setting expectations from the beginning of the project and be able to find solutions without compromising quality of work, team morale, or budget.
- Monitoring the progress of projects and making the necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Reviewing the quality of work for projects to ensure it meets the business standards.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with teams throughout the business.
- Leading diverse project teams effectively through building trust in their abilities to get the job done.
**The experience we’re looking for**:
- Preferably someone with qualification in business, management, marketing or a related field.
- Proven work experience and knowledge in project management.
- Well-versed in financial and overall budget management.
- Experience working with marketing teams / agencies, campaigns and launches.
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Has their own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
