**Qualifications**:
- Matric / Grade 12 with (Maths and Science)
- Bachelor of Sciences in Information Technology
- Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Information systems
- Bachelor of Tecnology in Information Technology
**Experience**:
- 8 - 10 Years as Software developer/ IT Team Leader/ IT Supervisor/ Programming Team Leader/ MES Lead Engineer preferable in manufacturing industry
**Duties**:
**Software Development and maintenance**
- Oversee and assist the performance of engineering and software development within the MES development department.
- Oversee and assist with the performance integration with other systems.
- Oversee and assist with developments of interfaces to integrate with other systems.
- Oversee and assist with development and support of the MES framework.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
**Human Relations**
- Talent Management
- Skills assessment and skills development of the team

- Handling of employee relations matters with the department
- Manage and coach team across functions
