**Why we're hiring**:
A regional centre of excellence has been established to build and maintain best practices in media operations and to support the markets in delivering transformation consistently across business and technology.

The centre of excellence will be made up of programme management, change management, process ownership, business analysis and solution ownership.

The roles are spread across the region and markets forming a programme that works as one team to meet common objectives.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Reports to the Regional Automation Lead
- Provide consultancy services to the local EMEA markets to support their automation initiatives
- Lead market workshops and data gathering to identify processes and requirements for automation
- Compile business cases and requirements documentation for RPA solutions
- Ensure all requirements are documented, prioritised, sized and approved
- Facilitate and maintain integrity of testing and business acceptance.
- Identify metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure performance.
- Contribute to defining the methodology for RPA regional services covering the full lifecycle from ideation to ongoing support
- Ensure automations comply with global policies and controls
- Maintain a central repository of use cases and best practice that serve as a toolkit to accelerate RPA development
- Maintain pace with industry best practices and technology trends in RPA

**What you'll need**:

- +5 years business analysis or business consulting experience including process analysis with the aim to standardise and automate
- Experience delivering multiple full life cycle RPA projects with scale
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with one or more RPA technologies (eg. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is desirable
- Exposure to the advertising and media industry is desirable
- Consulting background is highly desirable
- Highly capable and confident in workshop facilitation
- Highly capable in translating business and technical requirements
- Experience in supporting technology change and driving process automation
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple project portfolios
- Performance orientated with an aptitude for spotting improvements and business opportunities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with different nationalities, cultural backgrounds and conventions in EMEA.
- Experience working in a Centre of Excellence and/or building centralized services for cross market utilisation is beneficial
- Customer and quality orientated
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile and/or Design Thinking is desirable
- Computer Science qualification or similar is advantageous
- Fluent in English
