**Responsibilities**:

- Support the senior manager by leading in the development and management of ICT programmes including ICT integration, digital skills, and associated reporting and communication.
- Contribute to the development of annual business plans, budgeting, and monitoring of allocated resources
- Interpret divisional plans and formulate operational deliverables
- Provide ICT support to leverage technology across CSR programmes
- Develop and implement project plans ensuring use of effective project management principles and programme in allocated portfolios
- Co-ordinate project planning, tracking, and reporting on CSR projects
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders by building and managing internal and external customer relationships
- Manage project data and information on projects
- Drive implementation of solutions within the CSR environment
- Monitor and measure success in allocated CSR programmes
- Drive implementation of solutions and organisational renewal

**Required Certification**:
**Qualifications**:
Relevant 3-year Degree/ Diploma (at least NQF level 6)

**Experience**:
5 Years relevant experience, preferably in a Corporate Social Investment environment (CSI) with a focus in ICT
Solid project management

**Special Requirements**:
CSI knowledge and experience, as well as a good understanding of the CSI environment
Ability to work with diverse community
Ability to operate and travel at national scale
Ability to multi-task
Passion for community development
