Our client, a sought-after lifestyle retirement village between Stellenbosch and Somerset West, is looking for an **Office Coordinator** to join their team.
***
**Responsibilities**
- Handle all interactions between the broader community and residents, with the reception and admin office in a professional and friendly manner.
- Effective organizing of operational actions.
- Limited administrative and secretarial tasks
**Requirements**:
- Ability to deal simultaneously with a variety of tasks in an effective manner.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
**Skills and characteristics**
- Strong but approachable personality
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Be able to take a task to completion
- Good communication skills between entry and senior level staff.
Benefits: Pension fund contribution and 13th cheque. (To be discussed at interview level)
**Salary**: +- R25 000 p.m
Area: Stellenbosch / Somerset West
Hours: Mon - Fri | 08h00 - 16h30
