**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Creative Direction**: Develop and oversee the creative vision for all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
**Manage the Creative Team**: Mentor and guide a talented team of designers, copywriters, and creatives, fostering collaboration and innovation. Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
**Collaborate Cross-Functionally**:Work closely with account managers, strategists, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns meet client goals and deliver outstanding results.
**Maintain Brand Consistency**: Uphold and ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs by developing and enforcing brand guidelines.
**Client Presentations**:Present creative ideas and concepts to clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions. Handle feedback with professionalism and creativity.
**Quality Control**: Review and approve all creative assets, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are optimized for different digital platforms.
**Trend Awareness**: Stay on top of the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and technology to ensure our work remains innovative and relevant.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Creative Art Director in a digital marketing environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.
A portfolio showcasing innovative and effective digital marketing campaigns.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative excellence.
