_Job Description: D I G I T A L M A R K E T I N G C O O R D I N A T O R_ **Key Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop creative ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns - Develop a sales and content strategy that generates awareness of the group's offering (e.g. services, events, etc.) - Create monthly content calendars for management approval and input - Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn - Create Social Media Templates from Canva - Ensure that awareness of all services (including membership opportunities) are advertised in order to drive high levels of membership participation - Create and manage click-funnels in order to drive potential clientele to our platforms, where their information is captured for potential onboarding - Identify potential ambassadors, negotiate partnerships, and manage relationships - Develop social media content specifically for ambassadors - Fulfil the community management function and ensure that clientele relationships are maintained - Create and execute public relations strategies, including writing and publishing of press releases - Analyse and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media and content marketing **Key Performance Indicators for this Role**: These KPIs will be used to evaluate the performance of the Digital Marketing Coordinator and to make data-driven decisions for optimising marketing strategies and improving business outcomes. - Conversion rate: The percentage of leads that convert into customers or take the desired action such as making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, downloading a white paper, etc. - Website traffic: The number of visitors to the company website through various channels such as organic search, social media, referral, direct, etc. - Engagement rate: The level of engagement of the target audience with the company's social media content, such as likes, shares, comments, retweets, etc. - Return on Investment (ROI): The ratio of the revenue generated through marketing campaigns to the cost incurred on those campaigns. - Customer lifetime value (CLV): The estimated total value of a customer to the company over the entire relationship, including repeat purchases and referrals. - Brand awareness: The level of awareness of the company's brand among the target audience, measured through various metrics such as social media mentions, press coverage, search volume, etc. - Customer satisfaction: The level of satisfaction of customers with the company's products, services, and overall experience, measured through surveys, feedback forms, reviews, etc. - Market share: The percentage of the total market that the company is able to capture through its marketing efforts. - Cost per acquisition (CPA): The cost incurred to acquire a new customer, calculated by dividing the total cost of marketing campaigns by the number of new customers acquired. **Project Examples** - Client Reviews - roll out onto all social media platforms, mirror this on the website, etc. - Ambassador Team - work with this team to provide them with content to post regularly according to the content calendar - Content creation - source content opportunities via our channels (e.g. travel deals, specials, general seasonal trends, etc.) to regularly post / send to potential clients on the above-mentioned platforms (e.g. Summer in Europe specials throughout European summer months) - Podcasts - provide content to management in order for podcasts to be recorded and posted **Qualifications & Skills Required**: - Matric Certificate required - Tertiary Education in related field preferred (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Marketing) - Proven experience in social media and content marketing, preferably in a management role - Proficient on Canva - Proficient on Zoho (CRM Management System) or another CRM System and a willingness to learn Zoho - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organisational and project management skills - Ability to analyse data and identify trends - Creative and innovative thinker **Experience Required**: - Experience Managing Paid Advert Campaigns across above-mentioned platforms, as well as Google - Experience working with platforms that schedule posts **The "Nitty-Gritty"**: - Contract Type: Full Time Employment - Hybrid: Camps Bay Office - Working Hours: 9 hrs / day, roughly 08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 (bearing in mind when campaigns go live) - Daily Lunch Break: 1 hour - Remuneration: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month base salary - Potential commission opportunity related to the above-mentioned KPI's **Perks and Benefits** - Paid Holidays (South African Public Holidays) - Paid Sick Leave - Paid Vacation Lea
