The main purpose of the position is to define and implement a marketing and product strategy to achieve the Company’s financial and strategic goals.

CSO will be responsible for communicating the big picture, explaining the company’s strategy in a way that’s accessible to every stakeholder.

Relocation to Cyprus will be preferable for this position.

**Requirements**:

- Thorough knowledge of marketing, product or service management
- Knowledge and experience in financial sector
- Ability to effectively manage budget of 15Mio euro

**Your activities as CSO will be**:

- Prepare the company’s marketing and product strategy;
- Define competitive marketing and product strategy through the segmentation and value proposition definition;
- Forecast performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment;
- Align marketing strategies with product development;
- Position the brand, branding media promotions, and ensure communications are designed to deliver a consistent message;
- Develop and review company’s processes around marketing and product teams;
- Ensure consistent storytelling; lead the design and production of all aspects of visual marketing needs;
