**CLIENT CARE / CASE MANAGER POSITION AVAILABLE.**

This is a remote position for an online company catering for mainly US clientele

**Duties include**:

- Providing introductory information to new clients
- Ensuring that clients are satisfied with products or services
- Letting clients know about additional products or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client questions
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Time-management skills
- Attentiveness and patience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be team player
- Ability to follow instruction
- Demonstrative empathy and patience with elderly and or sick clients

**As a remote position the following requirements are mandatory**:

- System Requirements: - Desktop / Laptop
- Intel Core i5- 4gb Ram
- USB Headset with built in mic
- Backup power source - UPS or generator
- Reliable internet source - fixed line internet connection with minimum 5 meg line
- Ethernet cable to attach your pc to your modem / router

**General requirements**:

- Previous customer service of at least 1 year is required. Previous experience in a remote position preferred. References are required
