Creditors Assitant

**VACANT POSITION: CREDITORS’ ASSISTANT POSITION**

Recreation Africa Leisure Industries (PTY) Ltd. Requires the services of a Creditors Assistant.

**Job Spec**:

- Full Creditors Reconciliations - to Creditors Statements and Ledger
- Reconciliation of Creditors Ledger to Control account
- Timely processing Supplier payments ie C.O.D payments, 7 Days payments, 14 Days and 30 Days
- Mailing Remittance Advice to Creditors
- Capturing Supplier Invoices and Payments on Accounting System (CIMSO) as per outlined deadlines.
- Analysis and maintenance of Creditors Aging Report and distributing to Senior Management.
- Escalating Supplier queries to Line Manager
- Raising Inter-Company invoices and Reconciliation

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: 3 years Accounting Diploma
- Hospitality Industry experience will be an advantage
- 2 - 3 years accounting Experience
- Knowledge of Accounting Package, Excel and Word
