This Role also has the responsibility of ensuring that proposals for relevant equipment is updated, replaced or modified to meet the operations requirements You’ll be:
- Accountable for equipment, reliability performance and capacity.
- Lead continuous improvement projects related to line performance and manufacturing performance.
- Lead SMED (Single minute of change of dyes) principles and practice.
- Be accountable for overall equipment effectiveness and related KPI’s.
**You’ll succeed because**
- N4 qualification with minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Artisan in plant maintenance, preferably in a FMCG environment.
- And a valid Trade test. (Red Seal)
you have a breadth and depth of knowledge of manufacturing plant operations. This means you can move between the different manufacturing and packaging areas. Equally importantly, you:
