**Requirements**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a Diploma/ B Degree in

Property Management/ Build Environment or related
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Computer Literacy
- Must be able to be called upon in case of emergencies
- Must be prepared to enter high
- risk areas security provision
- 2-5 years’ relevant experience in a property management or

related field
Key Performance Areas
- Actively participate in the development, implementation and

maintenance of the appropriate planning processes and structural
elements for the effective execution and replication of optimisation
and rationalisation exercises in order to develop, implement and
sustain the planning and structural elements for optimisation and
rationalisation of immovable property assets
- Assist with the planning, facilitation and execution of Optimisation &
Rationalisation projects and exercises in order to effectively and
efficiently execute Optimisation & Rationalisation projects and
exercises
- Assisting with the monitoring, evaluation and reporting on

optimisation and rationalisation projects and exercises under way or
completed in order to ensure appropriate reporting on progress and
outcomes of optimisation and rationalisation exercises and projects
and identify, record and emphasise challenges, successes and
learnings
- Assist with the development and documentation of a body of

knowledge on optimisation and rationalisation of deployment use,
management and control of CCT immovable property assets in order
to align optimisation and rationalisation operations with best practice
and promote improved and consistent knowledge on optimisation
and rationalisation in CCT Administration
- Implementation and Maintenance of stakeholder management &
communication methodology for immovable property asset
management in order to provide structured engagement with
stakeholders, build relationships and manage expectations
