**Your Role at Impact**:
The role also provides functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing business systems and procedures in that are cost effective and meet user requirements

This position will be based in Cape Town post Covid-19 and welcomes anyone who is interested in relocating._**

**What You'll Do**:

- Create, execute, and maintain project work plans, identifying resources and assigning individual responsibilities
- Proactively manage project scope, risks, and issues and know when to escalate
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time with the accepted level of quality
- Ensure the project team works together focusing on common objectives
- Resolve team conflicts
- Ensure team members comply with IT change management policy and company standards, methods, and procedures
- Ensure internal and external controls are followed and report exceptions immediately
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, legal and other business units where required

**What You Have**:

- 7 + years of solid PM experience leading business solution initiatives
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related discipline
- Experience in PMO environment
- Ability to influence business teams, including management, in the selection and design of technology solutions as well as implementation approaches
- Experience in ERP, CRM and HRIS solutions advantageous (i.e. Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion Planning, SalesForce, CPQ, Workday, ADP, etc.)
- Project Management certification is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment
