**What we are looking for**

**Required Duties**
- Own and control the key vault
- Scan keys in and out on a daily basis
- Ensure ALL keys are returned after each test drive same day
- Ensure vehicles are parked in the correct bays
- Report any vehicle issues on a day-to-day basis
- Provide admin support by locating vehicle information on the system to assist the team on the floor
- Responsible for key stocktake audits mid-month and month-end
- Any other duties as instructed from time to time
- **NOTE: This role has a high degree of personal responsibility with no room for error**

**General Expectations**
- Provide an 11- star customer service experience (convenient, transparent, professional)
- Continuously assess and challenge the systems and processes to improve these
- Ability to work well within a team environment

**Minimum requirements**
- Categorised: Operational role
- EE Applicants given preference
- Minimum 2yrs relevant experience in a high intensity administration role with many moving parts (preferably in the motor industry)
- English spoken and written
- Contactable references
- No criminal record

**Salary Scale & Benefits**
- Up to R108 000 Cost to Company per year
- Business Incentive Scheme in addition

**Working Hours**
- Operational Roles are required to work a six-day (45 hour) week which includes Saturdays
- Public holidays will be worked as scheduled (on rotation)
