**Job Purpose**:
This a hybrid position for now, the p roject managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

**Duties**:
Plan and implement projects

Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

Define tasks and required resources

Collect and manage project team

Manage budget

Deliver and install technology solutions

Help project team with the design and development tasks

Lead process of issue identification and resolution

Manage risk tracking process

Monitor and manage project scope

Manage all project documentation

Work multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously

Foster partnership with customers, stakeholders and sponsors

Create schedule and project timeline

Lead quality assurance

Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

Evaluate and assess result of project

**Requirements**:
Theoretical and practical project management knowledge

Proficiency in project management software tools, e.g. Microsoft Project

Experience as a project manager, minimum 1 year

**Advantageous**:
Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent

MBA or similar qualification (either completed or working towards completing)

Experience in an IT and/or call center environment

**Salary**: Market Related

**Working hours**: Mon-Friday 8am to 5pm extra hours may be required
