Senior Middle Office Specialist will play a crucial role in EXANTE by providing comprehensive support to ensure efficient operations in regards to derivatives settlements, managing everyday revenue streams like interest charges, commissions, custody, and others, ensuring smooth and seamless customer experience and satisfaction with setting customizability. This position requires a good understanding of financial markets, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Middle Office Specialist will be responsible for managing various middle office functions in cooperation with other Business Operations colleagues, as well as collaborating with various other internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Derivatives settlement support: execute and monitor derivatives settlements, and reconciliations. Work closely with traders, operations teams, and external counterparties to resolve any discrepancies, and manage the settlement lifecycle in a forward looking and timely manner.
- Regular charge overseeing: take charge of all relevant updates of interest rates, overnight rates, custody rates, establish daily routine checks on correctness in the charges. Analyze cost vs revenue of these operations, manage special client setups, etc.
- Risk/PNL management: oversee results of internal revenue streams, help in overseeing collateral management. Identify and escalate any potential operational or market risks to relevant stakeholders, like Tradedesk, CP management, or the Board. Collaborate with risk management teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Regulatory compliance: stay up to date with regulatory requirements in regards to instrument availability to particular clients, in regards to sanctions, and ensure adherence to applicable rules and guidelines.
- Process improvement: identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the middle office. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and streamline workflows. Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in middle office or trading related operations within a financial markets brokerage company or a bank.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and instruments (stocks, bonds, CFDs, options, futures, etc), settlement procedures, derivatives lifecycle, and middle office processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and requirements in the financial industry.
- Proficiency in using middle office systems and trade management platforms (e.g., Bloomberg)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
