THE OPPORTUNITY: *

We are seeking a dynamic Consulting Lead for our Business as Usual team, which provides ongoing enhancements and second level support to our investor portal and fund data experience customers. In this role you will be expected to draw on a variety of problem solving abilities and technical skills, working closely with top tier asset and wealth managers and your team to elicit requirements, gather and analyze data, and design solutions which leverage the strength of the Kurtosys platform to meet business needs. You will also work closely with the Consulting Lead for our Onboarding team to ensure consistent process and a seamless transition from the initial implementation to future cycles of optimization, enhancements, and support. The BAU team is also responsible for improving and upgrading existing solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Manage, mentor, and train the BAU team of product consultants. Ensure healthy working relationships with our customers and other Kurtosys team members.
- Drive troubleshooting processes and guide teams in delivering on change requests and resolving support issues on time and with collective ownership of overall quality.
- See the big picture and assist with integration, configuration, and general service improvements. Identify opportunities for upsells or retainer/maintenance agreements with our customers.
- Gather, critically analyze and document requirements and specifications through conversations with customers and internal stakeholders, identifying the core business problem to be solved or value to be added by Kurtosys. This may include migrating existing customers to the latest version of the platform.
- Analyze fund and investor reporting data for validity, accuracy and completeness; identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
- Lead ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, retrospectives) and actively manage the prioritization and work of your team.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and contains all relevant information.
- Keep yourself and the team up to date on our industry and the Kurtosys platform.
- Use a metrics based approach to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
**THE NON-NEGOTIABLES**:

- Excellent communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) and presentation skills, including customer facing experience. Must be confident in speaking to senior stakeholders and able to present technical details in an easy to understand way.
- Self-motivated and highly driven to continuously learn, adapt, and improve yourself and your team with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience leading teams, resolving issues and blockers, and serving as an escalation point.
- The ability to perform requirements analysis and design digital solutions using Figma or wire-framing tools, showcasing an understanding of user journeys including data visualizations and web elements.
- A proven capacity to configure technical solutions preferably on a SaaS platform using technologies such as BI Tools, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JSON or SQL.
- An understanding of the software development life cycle and the comparative pros and cons of waterfall and agile techniques; product owner or scrum master experience is a plus.
- A strong understanding of financial services data.
- An understanding of cloud service providers and technologies.
