A company in the the financial and technology industry specializing in payment solutions is currently recruiting for a client service consultant within their Helpdesk division who can use their knowledge of company services to assist clients with telephonic inquiries,
complaints, or problems

description
- Answering calls from clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or
other issues with products or services
- Responding efficiently and accurately to clients, explaining possible solutions, and
ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
- Engaging in active listening with clients, confirming or clarifying information and
diffusing irate clients, as needed
- Building lasting relationships with clients and team members based on trust and
reliability
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent
consistent client service
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of
company, the services, and the and position
- General reception duties for all incoming calls from clients
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
as staff are working from home

experience, qualifications and skills
- Matric or Equivalent
- Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, etc
- Exceptional telephone etiquette - Excellent client service, active listening, and verbal
and written communication skills, professional phone manner
- Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and accountability
- Understanding of company services - To be trained
