The Senior Associate Digital Platform Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of sales systems of engagement, associated with the design and development of sales enablement solutions across a variety of sales related platforms. Works with DevOps Engineers to provide detailed business/user requirement specifications about the sales technology environment with medium to high complexity. Liaise with the Sales Enablement Teams to facilitate the organization of sales content, structure and material for access, control and visibility, as well as to evaluate sales software and hardware needs, and may design new or modify existing sales enablement system enhancements to meet changing demands. Additionally, they support Extracting/ Monitoring/ Reporting on insights & analytics pertaining to collateral. Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to implement needed changes to sales systems of engagement for enhancement and new releases of features and capability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administer, provide technical and end user support across multiple sales-related SaaS platforms that focus on sales enablement.
- Work closely with DevOps Engineers to provide detailed business/user requirement specifications that identify the goals of any sales platform functionality.
- Analyse business requirements and ensure that the proposed solution aligns to best-practices on intended sales platform.
- Liase with Sales Enablement colleagues to facilitate site administration & configuration changes in a timely fashion, adhering to governance practices.
- Recommend best-practice approaches to ensure optimisation of, and seamless user experience across all platforms.
- Support digital demand generation across priority campaigns by designing & developing Oracle Eloqua campaign landing page builds.
- Ability to extract reports, analytics & analysis from the various Sales Enablement platforms.
- Assist with the resolution of any problems identified in the integration and test phases.
- Assist with post-implementation process reviews.
- Demonstrate active cadence & participation across project workshops and planning sessions, as-and-when needed.
**Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:
- Expert knowledge on multi-technology platform administration best practices which enable them to act as trusted advisors to internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated years of Platform Administration and Support. Cloud/ SaaS certifications are preferable.
- Demonstrated experience working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographies.
- Proficient in Frontend Development coding practices, with 5+ years of experience with at least one widely used programming language.
- Experience or familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ES6+, DOM, React.
- Programming/development experience including Agile processes such as SCRUM, KANBAN.
- Ability to work with abstract concepts and have sound problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to define/analyse scope and requirements.
- Solid understanding of data privacy & standards.
- Experienced in the configuration and administration of sales-related platforms and can demonstrate interoperability across platforms.
- Experienced in consulting with business stakeholders, project managers, scrum masters & peers.
- Excellent oral communication.
- Typically requires extensive related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Relevant Certification beneficial.
- Relevant Sales-related certifications beneficial.
- Agile related certifications are preferable.
