**What you'll be doing**:
- Plan for and manage dynamic deadlines
- Be able to follow directions to complete a task
- Gather and analyse data
- Understand business and impact (cause and effect)
- Understand basic concepts of a business case
- Understand and work on team structures and sizing aligned to the specific market's nuances
- Assess the impact of and present on workforce transition
- Develop change and communications plan
- Develop a governance framework to support changes in the market
- Develop implementation plans for markets to go live with systems, processes and people
- Create market specific operating model training
- Prepare clear, fit for purpose reports on the changes. Presentations need to be tailored for varying levels of engagement within the market
- Build good relations with market operational and project management teams
- Work across streams in CoE to create fully integrated deliverables
**What you'll need**:
- Understanding of project environment and flexibility of schedules
- Able to move forward autonomously and integrate into a team to reprioritize deliverables
- Proactively ask for assistance when unable to move forward
- Deadline oriented
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Focused on developing new skills
- Able to leverage past experience in a meaningful way
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong data analytical capabilities
- Organized and able to work on multiple projects at once
- Good presentation skills (project deliverables are presented in powerpoint)
- Business Transformation experience (preferred)
- Media Industry (operations / finance) experience
- 2 years team and project experience
- Previous experience in process mapping (Six Sigma is beneficial)
- Exposure in media & advertising industry is beneficial, preferably in a media agency environment.
- Understanding of E2E media and core finance process operations (beneficial: IT environment and process customization in markets)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to deal with different nationalities, cultural backgrounds, and conventions in EMEA
- Understanding and appreciation of how to operate and deliver change within the varied cultural environments in the EMEA region
- Stakeholder and quality orientation
- Ability to work independently and systematically
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Business fluent in English
