Skills Development Facilitator

**Main Purpose of the Role**:
- Responsible for the Skills Development Facilitation and Enterprise Development Programme.
- Minutes of board meetings, minutes of exco meetings. Minutes of meetings.
**Reports to**:
HR Manager
**Internal Team Interaction**:

**Key Performance Areas**:
- Co-ordination of Skills Development
- Co-ordination - Chief Assistant to the HR Manager
- Plan and Organise Boardrooms for scheduled meetings
- Ensure the venue has the necessary equipment e.g. projector, laptop, flipchart
**Full understanding of the following: -**
- Understanding all detail around skills development Act
- POPI Act
- Enterprise development
**Minimum Qualifications to Perform Role**:
- Strong MS Office skills (Word. Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent English grammar
- Experienced in taking minutes
- Speed Typing
- Speed writing
- Experience in typing reports / board packs / minutes of meeting etc
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent personality.
**Salary**: R100,000.00 - R200,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
