PepsiCo's product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including many iconic brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales. **Responsibilities**: **Job Overview**: Daily Inventory Management. - Daily counting, verification and reconciliation of Finished Goods inventory at Despatch including damaged/expired stock. - Daily verification and signing off of damaged/expired stock sold to Pig Farmers. - Daily reconciliation of physical inventory movements between Despatch and SAP processing and resolving discrepancies if any. - Daily reconciliation of physical inventory movements between plants (GI & GRV). - Perform weekly and month-end stock take for the bakery and depots, investigate variances and provide reasons. - Create physical inventory documents in SAP for the bakery and depots following the inventory management procedures and ensuring. - Maintain stakeholder relationships (Supplying Bakeries, Despatch department, Telesales department and the Recons team). - Communicate stock-take plans with all stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with the Inventory Management Policies and Procedures and adhere to set deadlines. - Ensure that inventory documents are fully completed and signed by all relevant parties as per policy guidelines. - Ensure that inventory documents are securely filed, uploaded online and easily accessible for audit purposes. - Drive internal processes to ensure optimal customer service. - Attend to any other Ad-Hoc, finance or inventory-related task allocated by the accountant from time to time. - Report to the Bakery Accountant. Qualifications: - Grade 12. - Computer literacy essential (SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word) with a sound understanding of Excel. - Good communication skills. - Good interpersonal skills. - Strong administration skills. - Extremely high organizational skills and ability to multi-task/prioritize. - Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to carry out procedures quickly and efficiently with mínimal supervision. - High level of attention to detail. **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
