OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION - DURBANVILLE

SALARY- R15 0000 -R20 000 ( Will be reimbursed for cellphone/airtime and/or fuel expenses if incurred)

**Requirements**:

- liaising with clients in a professional manor;
- Managing queries and complaints
- Completing assigned service calls daily.
- Investigate device problems and service devices as needed;
- Test devices on-site
- Calibrate devices on-site
- Test water with company equipment and report results to customer and manager.
- Document all test results under customer profile.
- Keep all company equipment in good working order and report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
- Must have valid code 08 driver license. PRDP?
- Maintain a high level of integrity, business ethics and sound judgment as you perform your duties.
- Ensure product knowledge is up to date by self-training and support from ops / technical
- Be able to meet or exceed all goals, duties and responsibilities monthly.
- Escalate any product difficulties in the field to the operations manager.
- Ensure all feedback is captured on a customer support ticket on the designated Ticketing System.
- Report customer complaints to the Sales Manager
- Keep a log book of mileage and petrol expenses.
- Follow all company policies
- Route planning must be done a day in advance and communicated to the Office Manager to optimize the route. Ensure routes are followed with maximum productivity and cost effectiveness.
- Be reachable on a cell phone at all times during business hours / as required and after hours for emergencies on a personal number.
- Stock control.
- Liaising with dev, tech, sales, operations, and finance staff to solve customer queries.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.Liaise with 3rd parties as required to meet above needs. Manage new installation project with customer Ensuring all customer requirements and complaints are communicated appropriately and dealt with timeously.
- Liaise with driver and/or courier companies to organize pick-up of faulty stock.
- Use job card system. Find out from Juli or ticketing system.
- Keep a log of all used stock. And ensure its accounted for.
- Mail - Post.
- General Errands.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Answer of phones
- Call out schedule / resource scheduling.
- Compare water sample results to dashboard
- Escalate as required.
- Calibrate as required
- Follow escalation procedures - according to SOP.
- Follow: Incident management protocol.
- Assist with new installations remotely for 3rd parties of Internal.
- Support 1st Tier Basic Troubleshooting support
- Train customer staff on ad-hoc basis, as required from time-time.
- Liaise with customers and keep them informed of the progress with their query
- Liaise with driver and/or courier companies to organize pick-up of faulty stock.
- Liaise with the operations manager to order and deliver replacement stock.
- Keep a log of all replacement stock.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
- Liaising with sales, operations, and finance staff and Adhoc duties

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
