**Job Title**: Video Content Specialist
**Location**: Remote (South Africa-based preferred)
**Reporting to**: Operations Director

**About VA Central**:
VA Central specializes in providing virtual assistant services to UK-based businesses, particularly within the estate agency sector. As a Video Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and high-quality video content to elevate our brand, enhance online visibility, and drive customer engagement across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Video Content Creation**:

- Produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms (social media, website, YouTube, etc.).

**Video Editing & Post-Production**:

- Create dynamic, visually appealing videos through editing, color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
- Ensure that videos are consistently high-quality and meet industry standards.

**Campaign & Trend Integration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content that aligns with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest video trends and techniques to continuously innovate and ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.

**Innovation & Creativity**:

- Experiment with new video formats, animation styles, and storytelling methods to create unique and compelling content.
- Offer creative ideas for video content that enhances brand engagement and attracts new customers.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Advanced skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Proven experience in creating engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of video formats, resolution standards, and platform-specific best practices.

**Hardware Requirements**:

- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/ Back-up battery for load shedding
