As Inside Sales Representative you will retain and grow existing accounts, whilst also sourcing and acquiring new logos across the United States, West Coast.

This position is based in Cape Town._**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Grow accounts by identifying new sales opportunities with existing customers through industry changes within customer verticals or security updates
- Retain customers through building and maintaining strong relationships
- Account planning
- Opportunity/deal management
- Strategize and come up with initiatives to deliver against sales targets
- Pipeline Management
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- **Territories**: United States, West Coast

**WHAT YOU HAVE**:

- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven B2B track record
- 2+ years of customer retention experience
- Passion for technology sales
- Sales acumen
- Up-sell capability
- Attention to detail
- Goal-orientation
- Strong time-management skills
- Resiliency, trustworthiness, creativity and solution-orientation
- **Tool Experience**: Salesforce & Microsoft Office products (advantageous)
