An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven lead generation manager, to lead our diverse market research team Our lead generation specialists are a core function of our business operations and serve over 40+ clients with 300-500 lists per day, per client, so we need someone who has experience working with high list volumes, lots of clients and can multi-task quickly and effectively whilst accurately maintain various projects at any given time.

This is a remote position, based from home which will allow flexibility and a great schedule. This is a contract position, for contractors and freelancers, however it is a full time, long term role
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in high volume lead generation
- 2 years account management experience would be beneficial
- Strong understanding of lead generation practices including data scraping and data mining.
- Ability to analyse reports and reverse engineer company profiles
- Experience using LinkedIn and crunch base plus other tools to generate leads
- Demonstrated experience excluding blacklists and gathering information and data from whitelists.
- Ability to think outside the box
- Excellent level of professional English Language and writing abilities
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple accounts and clients at one time
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially around building target lists for our clients
- Able to work in a very fast-paced role with little supervision
- Adept with multi-tasking
- Able to always respond quickly and effectively
- Outstanding customer service skills, and able to consult with and understand the client’s needs and requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal and for presentation
- Good leadership qualities and confident to lead and monitor a small team
- Experience using Apollo, Salesnav, Snovio, Crunchbase
- Experience using a CRM or project management system
- Experience using google sheets
- Experience overseeing a QA team
Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Generate and build client lead lists for various clients in various sectors throughout our client base.
- Consult with and understand our clients needs, goals and objectives and advise on the most suitable lead criteria for them.
- Finding new list sources, scraping from the web, databases, google maps and online directories.
- Record customer requests and requirements on the CRM system and ensure customer contact information is up to date and maintained
- Work on up 40 +clients lists at one time - we currently send out 300-500 lists per day per client - so the workload can be intense
- Multi-task and manage your workload effectively to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Work as part of a team to achieve a common objective
- Use various sources to obtain leads, such as data mining and data scraping where required.
- Delegate and potentially manage a team of 6 people in the lead generation department to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity within the team
- Be present and confident in taking part in team building exercises, work conferences and providing reports and presentations where needed
