**Software Quality Analyst**:

- _to join our dynamic team in South Africa.

Conducting manual functional testing on projects. Their involvement is across the QA process and they are capable and experienced test leads who are able to lead high complexity projects end to end. They are involved with test process improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define regression testing strategies.
- Initiate test process improvements and governance.
- Review test basis and extract test requirements.
- Produce test plans and test completion reports
- Execute test cases and log defects.
- Conduct retesting and regression testing.
- Leverage best practice and test design techniques.
- Maintain the regression test pack.
- Mentor more junior resources.
- Contribute to training initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Conduct basic API testing.

Qualifications:

- BSc, BCom, Ndip
- ISTQB Foundation Certified
- At least 1 - 5 years of QA related experience.

**Experience**:
**Technical**:

- Review test requirements and create relevant test cases to cover them.
- Execute test cases and log defects.
- Conduct retesting and regression testing.
- Produce test plans and test completion reports
- Leverage best practice and test design techniques.
- Maintain the regression test pack.
- Mentor more junior resources.
- Contribute to training initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute to test process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct basic API testing.

**Management**:

- Must be flexible, independent and self motivated.
- Willingness to learn and participate in learning and training for personal and professional development.
- Good self management, with experience in delivering reliably and consistently against defined goals, adapting own approach to ensure goals are met.
- Has a professional outlook. Acts with integrity at all times.

**Budget**:

- Ability to manage own expenses and adhere to the expense policy.
