**Job description**

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Your job duties may include testing devices, troubleshooting software, and training employees on how to use the network effectively.

**Advantageous: Experience with ViCi Dial**

**Must be able to** warehouse data, Load Data, Monitor Data Usage & create Data Plan

**Must be in line** with the on-going Eskom loadshedding schedule for proper planning

**Responsibilities**:
Duties include setting up networks, updating old software and hardware, and implementing data security systems.

**Qualification**s:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, and Information technology management.
