**People Business Partner - Talent**

Manage the full talent acquisition life cycle.

Based at our office in Tygervalley and reporting to the Head of People.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for driving recruitment best practices and delivery across the Coreline Group.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies and drive data-driven decisions.
- Consult with hiring managers on establishing a sourcing strategy to attract, assess and deliver high profile talent to the company.
- Continued development and promotion of the Coreline Group employment brand.
- Deliver an on-boarding program that is robust, repeatable, and scalable.
- Drive succession planning processes and practices.
- Gather exit interview data and ensure that terminations are accurately processed on HRIS.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

- Working experience as a recruiter at a recruitment agency or internal recruiter focused on specialised and scarce skill roles
- A tertiary qualification in HR / Commerce / Behavioural Science or related field
- Excellent MS Office skills with a strong focus on MS Excel
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

- Tygervalley, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
