**Office Management**
- Assist with the collation of information for dealerships.
- Maintaining the marketing department’s documentation (monthly spend record, events calendar, advertising files, procurement file, sponsorship files).
- Obtain quotations and submit for approval to Marketing manager.
- Obtain purchase order numbers for suppliers.
- Collate supplier invoices (quote, PO & Invoice).
- Prepare documents packs to submit for signature to Marketing manager.
- Follow up on payments to creditors and from debtors (e.g., MBSA financial support)
- Liaise with service providers.

**Advertising Administration**
- Coordinate production of marketing materials, literature, branded items, point-of-sale material
- Book relevant adverts according to schedules signed off by marketing manager (print, radio, social media)
- Assist with social media & content.
- Assist with creatives according to CI and obtain relevant approvals.
- Communicate with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
- Obtain & compile monthly/Quarterly reports & submit to Marketing Manager.
- **Marketing & Events**:

- Provide ad-hoc support for all marketing events, product launches and exhibitions & displays.
- Assist with assembling branding and ensure that the branding is flawless & impeccable so that the brand is exemplified.
- Carry out other related tasks as required by manager. Administer sponsorship administration.
- Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.
- Assist with content management upkeep including shared drives and content libraries.

**Position Overview**:
To co-ordinate and execute marketing activities for Sales & Aftersales

**Specific Role Responsibilities**:

- Applications should be accompanied by an up-to-date CV indicating achievements, knowledge, skills and qualifications.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric

Proficiency with programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Marketing principal & platforms
- Proficient in Afrikaans & English
- Valid driver’s license
