Csi Senior Analyst

**Purpose of the Job**:

- To coordinate the implementation of Engen's CSI programmes and facilitate CSI initiatives with Engen's implementation partners, internal and external stakeholders and employees within South Africa and the IBD affiliates and ensure Engen's strategic objectives are leveraged and expressed in all CSI intervetions so as to optimise stakeholder perceptions and relations in order to protect Engen's reputation

**What you’ll have done before**:
Baseline:

- NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Public Relations/ Social Sciences)
- 5 years’ experience in a CSI / BBBEE Environment and stakeholder relationship management
- Knowledge and understanding of Engen's CSI Governance Protocols
- Project Management & Presentation skills.

Advantageous:

- Report writing and value assessment experiences.
- CSI Audit requirement experiences.
- Research and analytical experience in CSI field.

- Driving data related process improvement initiatives which will add value to existing and new CSI initiatives.
- Effectively designing and create visualisation of new reporting dashboards and metrics.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Facilitate the implementation of Engen's CSI policies, frameworks, and systems in line with legislative requirements, best practice including but not limited to BBBEE legislation and King IV report.
- Ensure relationship management between Engen CSI Beneficiaries and implementation partners to ensure that all approved programmes are implemented in line with Engen's CSI strategic and overall Engen business objectives, this includes Schools, Communities, internal and external stakeholders etc.
- Ensure effective facilitation of dealer (DCPP) and employee (ECPP) CSI programmes.
- Ensure Engen's strategic brand positioning is adhered to at all times.
- Facilitate the contract agreements and deliverables with service providers, cocreation of SLAs with internal stakeholders and Engen Procurement. coordination of post implementation reports including, impact assessments, returns on investments with strategic partners and media reports
- Ensure accurate budget controls are in place.
- Track monthly OPEX spend and manage cost control processes for allocated CSI budget.
- Update monthly NPAT report on budget expenditure before the 6th of each month.
