**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- BSc (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 2-4 years production, technical and leadership/managerial experience in a FMCG environment
- Knowledge of SHE policies and procedures
- Knowledge of world class manufacturing practises and principles
- Assembling (Advanced)

**KPAs**:

- Develop, communicate and implement business plan
- Formulate and control expense and capital budgets
- Develop and support systemic problem solving systems
- Implement, monitor and control business systems
- Production objectives and internal customers needs met
- People management: recruitment, training and continuous improvement
- Quality and cost control
