**Factory Manger Self Rescue Division**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will manage production of Afroxpacs including repairs, the day-today assembly activities to enable the production of the required quantity and ensure adherence to the highest quality standards
- You act as management representative for Safety and Health, Quality (ISO9001) and Environmental management (ISO14000) and manage processes related to the maintenance of the SRD integrated SHEQ system or knowledge base, the HQMS
- Actively drive unit costs down through focusing on production technologies, process efficiency, lean principles, influencing design and purchasing strategies
- Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement through skills and job competence, strong focus on the processes that deliver throughput, respect for all, and empowerment of all to fully participate in and contribute to the success of factory processes
- Plan procurement of raw materials and parts and production activities to match business demand and determine the impact of the plan on factory recoveries and communicate related risks to Hardgoods management and Product Management
- Furthermore, you will manage WIP stock buffer and stock transactions for finished goods; determine applicability and size of WIP buffers; create and maintain processes required to manage the replenishment of WIP buffers

**What makes you great**
- You possess a qualification in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, and you have 5 - 10 years relevant experience in a similar industry
- You have understanding of hazards associated with KO2, LiOH; TCE/ PERC and ensure that relevant safety and health issues gets addressed in process documentation, risk assessments and in the training and assessment of personnel
