**Main purpose of position**
Currently we are looking for a **Digital Delivery Lead** in **Cape Town, South Africa** to be part of our global team working together towards our vision - **Improving our future.** As our **Digital Delivery Lead** you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our execution of energy projects by leveraging digital technologies.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the existing digitalisation strategy & roadmap to streamline our core project processes under the Operations Organisation (EPC and O&M); optimise efficiency and enhance collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders. As part of this, you will plan and lead team execution of projects under the Operations Portfolio, feeding into the global Scatec digital implementation strategy.

**Main responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy & roadmap for the Operations function, aligning with the company's objectives, digital roadmap and industry best practices
- Plan, resource and lead team execution for these projects, ensuring best practice for project delivery on-time and within budget as part of the digital programme
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the Operations Core processes and propose innovative digital solutions to streamline operations, increase transparency, and improve overall efficiency
- Evaluate, select, and implement digital tools, software platforms, and systems to enhance business unit specific optimization
- Foster strong partnerships and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance / Corporate, IT, Business Development etc; to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across the Scatec ecosystem
- Utilise advanced analytics techniques to gather, analyse, and interpret data, provide actionable insights to optimise processes, reduce costs, improve forecasting accuracy, and mitigate risks
- Assess and manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and consulting firms, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support of digital solutions
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of digital technologies, including training programs, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies

**Qualifications and competencies**
- Honours Degree in Engineering, Business, Project or Data management (Master’s advantageous)
- Certifications within the fields of Business Systems Analysis, Project Management, Data Science/Analysis
- 5 years relevant experience in leading digital transformation projects within Project Companies or related department
- Proven Project Management Experience
- Understanding of Energy project execution advantageous.
- Language: fluent both written and spoken in English

- Own existing and implemented global systems/products including Enterprise Con-tent Management, CMMS / SCADA / ERP integration, AI use-cases and more supporting internal customers and ensuring alignment with business.
