One of our clients is looking for a Personal assistant to perform secretarial work and provide CIO with day-to-day administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Relevant secretarial qualification
Skills / Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of secretarial experience at an executive level
- PC literacy essential (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Short-term insurance and IT Knowledge/ digital literacy (advantageous)
- Organizational awareness
- Self-management
- Diary management
- Meeting Minutes and Administration
- Event Management
- Travel Coordination and Administration
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From R400,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parktown, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
