**Job Requirements**
- Grade 12 / Matric Level of Education.
- Minimum 3 years proven Work Experience in a similar Retail Role.
- Intermediary Level Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Good Telephone Etiquette / Communication Skills.
- Strong Organisation Skills.
- Strong Customer Service and Sales Skills.
- High level of Integrity / Trustworthiness, Confidentiality, and strong Work Ethic.
- No Criminal Record.
- Banking-related experience will be advantageous.

**Responsibilities**
- Keeping the Shop clean, neat, and tidy.
- Processing cash and card transactions using POS System and Card Machine.
- Cashing up of till and ensuring till always balances.
- Tending to and assisting Customers in the Shop.
- Stocking of shelves with items, as well as undertaking creative displays in the Shop.
- Stock-taking.
- Implementing strategies to enable selling of stock.
