Our client has an opportunity available for an Internal Sales Representative/ Sales Administrator based in Midvaal.

**Requirements**:

- Basic Excel knowledge.
- ISO Quality System knowledge.
- Matric.
- 3 - 5+ years working experience with exposure to as many of the following as possible:

- Internal sales.
- General sales administration duties.
- Lubrication equipment, fast fuelling systems, lighting solutions.
- Telesales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare standard quotations or proposals.
- Receive customer orders.
- Ensure the processing of orders on Syspro.
- Compile monthly sales forecasts.
- Compile annual sales budgets.
- Maintain outstanding quotes list.
- Prepare and compile sales packs.
- Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure compliance to company procedures (ISO).
- Update the Activity Report on excel on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate information for the sales meetings.
- Complete and submit accountability and stats to Sales Manager.
- Maintain and control own filing system.
- Control and order sales literature.
