**Minimum Qualifications Requirements**:

- Holder of an NQF Level 4 or Higher in Electrical competence (Electrician)
- Trade Test Certificate/ Red Seal
- Teaching / facilitation qualification or in the process of completing an ODETP qualification to aid training skills
- NAMB registered as a trade test official.
- Assessor trained and constituency experience needed
- PLC certificate
- POE development and learning evidence collection skills. ( competitive administrative skills)
- Minimum 3 years practical & occupational experience
- Wireman’s licence **added advantage**:

- Trade testing experience an **added advantage**:

- Moderator trained an **added advantage**

**Duties**:
1. Planning, Facilitation and administering training processes:
**The individual should be able to**:

- Facilitate occupational electrician qualification to unemployed youth of varied abilities
- Carry out an integrated delivery of knowledge modules and practical modules to be articulated into the workplace.
- Manage simulated workshop environment i.e.: task set up and training on the job support
- Administer training registers and practical simulated exposure
- Compile progress reports
- Collect and review portfolios of learning evidence
- Design, monitor and deliver on the implementation plan to relevant methodologies
- Provide learners with an understanding of the Electrical Industry they will be pursuing a career in.
- Support learners on the job and in blended delivery of knowledge modules
- Review and update e-learning resources to suit different abilities learners to achieve qualification outcome requirements

- Be friendly, approachable and professional with team ethics
- Have a good IT / computer literacy background and using it for the training delivery arena
- Be able to relate knowledge to everyday situations in a practical way.
- Be able of thinking analytically and recall detailed information (especially when doing research, planning and administrative analysis.
- Be versatile in your delivery and have innovative ways to deliver to varied groups of learners
- Be able to plan and organise theoretical training & practical delivery to NQF and QCTO standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From R22,000.00 per month
