As an account manager for this agency who provide an integrated service, your key role will be to build the relationship between client and the agency. Services on offer predominantly TTL, however integrated into Digital and Social Media campaigns as well.
Your chief KPI will be to enhance and secure the existing partnership and to become an indispensable asset in building and growing the business relationship with this newly acquired piece of business who have a presence in several countries around the globe. Experience working in either r estaurant industry or FMCG an advantage.
Responsible for managing multiple projects through the understanding and liaising with clients to define the deliverables with regards to brand and business objectives, in the context of brand management and holistic customer experience, be it promo's, content plans, digital touchpoints including LSM, within time and within budget, to exceed clients' expectations. You will be working as a team with the Digital Channel and content manager to achieve brand growth.
**Experience**:
TTL ad agency experience in client service is a pre-requisite - 5 plus years relevant experience is a pre-requisite for consideration
Your experience would include working across multiple brands - in a fast paced environment
A proven track record of successful Project Management What you need to know:
An excellent understanding of all things relating to Marketing and Communications, in particular the TTL and Digital field
Project Management expertise of the highest order - delivering multiple projects on time, within client brief and time-frame
Must have a conceptual mind-set, with a clear understanding of great design in a print and digital context
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Matric qualification is essential
A tertiary qualification in advertising/marketing/branding
A minimum of five years' experience in a TTL capacity in an accredited advertising agency
A Diploma in Project Management would be advantageous
Ability to understand brief from Client - and communicate brief accurately to agency resources
Strong administrative abilities - fast, accurate and to the point
Accurate cost-estimating skills to incorporate into project planning.
Knowledge of CHASE - updated daily and accurately
Must have a valid drivers licence and own reliable car
