To support our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled Head of Recruitment / Talent Manager with experience in the boatbuilding or large manufacturing environment and a strong technical understanding.

**Job Purpose**:
As the Head of Recruitment / Talent Manager at Two Oceans Marine Manufacturing, you will oversee the entire recruitment and talent management process from A to B. Your role will be pivotal in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to ensure our workforce meets the highest standards of skill and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the boatbuilding and manufacturing sectors.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively into the organisation.
- Implement talent management strategies to develop and retain high-performing employees.
- Manage performance review processes, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and talent management process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and talent management records and reports.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, preferably in the boatbuilding or large manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical understanding of the boatbuilding industry and manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR information systems.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

**Salary**: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
