**Responsibilities**:

- Pursue and cultivate new resource partner relationships (focusing on high-net-worth individuals)
- Formulation of resource development strategies to ensure funding needs / targets are met
- Develop, implement, and accurately record partner interactions on a prescribed CRM system
- Design, plan, and co-ordinate immersive, contextualised events to create greater awareness of the collective movement and mobilising resources in support thereof
- Develop network of resource partners and advisory partners

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification (fundraising, sales, marketing, investor or customer relations etc.)
- At least 5 years’ experience in fundraising and/or investor relations management with demonstrable personal success in reaching targets
- Good business acumen - good understanding of big business, philanthropic trusts, foundations etc.
- Experience in developing communication collateral for a range of stakeholders
- Experience in event management and planning
- Networking aptitude
- Astute emotional intelligence (self-awareness; self-expression etc.)
- Ability to connect with different ethnicities, cultures, world views, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
